Order receipt
- We recommend carefully inspecting the merchandise upon delivery.
- If the package shows visible damage, it must be noted on the delivery slip before signing.
- In case of any issue, it must be reported by email to disfasan@disfasan.com within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
- Claims made after this period, or without any remark noted on the delivery slip, will not be accepted.
Return policy
At Disfasan, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted if:
The return is requested within 15 calendar days from the date the product left our warehouse.
The product has not been customized or manufactured to order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Prior written authorization has been requested by email at: devoluciones@disfasan.com
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that are used, handled, or not in their original packaging.
Hygiene or healthcare products that have been unsealed.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Returns that have not been previously authorized in writing.
Shipping fees:
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
