Order receipt

  • We recommend carefully inspecting the merchandise upon delivery.
  • If the package shows visible damage, it must be noted on the delivery slip before signing.
  • In case of any issue, it must be reported by email to disfasan@disfasan.com within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
  • Claims made after this period, or without any remark noted on the delivery slip, will not be accepted.

Return policy

At Disfasan, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted if:

  • The return is requested within 15 calendar days from the date the product left our warehouse.

  • The product has not been customized or manufactured to order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Prior written authorization has been requested by email at: devoluciones@disfasan.com

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that are used, handled, or not in their original packaging.

  • Hygiene or healthcare products that have been unsealed.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Returns that have not been previously authorized in writing.

Shipping fees:

  • Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
